Education – Women Empowerment – Health Awareness

The GENESIS

The legacy of EDUCATION begins with my parents who dedicated their lives and are still working in the process of preparing and training teachers with Moral and Ethical Values.

The concept of establishing the Asha – Rising Foundation (ARF) is inspired by my parents – The Living Legend My Mother Mrs. Asha Srivastava and My Father Mr. Kaushal Kishore Srivastava. They dedicated their live in educating and creating and training teachers for years as they were teacher, professor and Head of Department of Bechelor of Education (B.Ed.) throughout their life. Both of them have trained more than 10000+ . . . . .

What WE DO

Come join us

ARF Facilitate Connection Between URBAN and RURAL Areas, Focusing on Education, Women’s Empowerment and Healthcare .

Connecting URBAN To RURAL Education

It sounds like you’re deeply committed to improving education for both rural children and those in urban schools that are underserved. Working to train and guide teachers can have a transformative impact on the quality of education students receive. Here are a few strategies that could be effective:

Teacher Training Workshops

Organize workshops focused on modern teaching techniques, child psychology, and methods for handling large or under-resourced classrooms. Encourage interactive and hands-on training.

Building Resource Networks

Create a network of teachers from different rural and urban schools to share resources, lesson plans, and innovative teaching strategies. This can foster collaboration and improve the quality of education.

Community Involvement

Work with local communities to emphasize the importance of education, ensuring that children attend school regularly and that parents understand how they can support their children's education.

Conducting Session for Mental Health

The session focuses on raising mental health awareness, educating on wellness, and offering strategies for coping with mental health challenges.

Student-Centered Learning

Emphasize training teachers in methods that put the students at the center of learning. This could involve project-based learning, creative problem solving, and methods that encourage critical thinking.

Monitoring and Support

After the training, continuous monitoring and providing support for teachers is key. This could involve mentorship, regular feedback, and additional training as needed.
