Mr. Kaushal Kishore Srivastava
My father started his education from Farrukhabad (U.P.) and after doing his class 10th exam, he shifted to Kanpur. He did his B.Sc. then M.Sc. with Zoology, after that he did B.Ed. and by God grace he started working in DBS Degree College Kanpur, where he worked till his retirement.
After his retirement he worked for 20 years in K.K. Degree College, Etawah, which shows his dedication towards the education. He still inspire the student to be successful teachers.

My mother is M.A. Economics, Vocal Music and B.Ed., she being a very strong lady 30 years back she started SARASWATI MODEL SCHOOL, Kanpur.
As se was knowing many instruments, she opened the music school by the name of Swar Sangam Sangeet Vidyalaya affiliated to Prayag Sangeet Samiti. She taught many students Kathak, Vocal, Guitar, Sitar, Casio and many more.
She taught for 20 years in B.Ed. Department at Karam Kshetra Degree College (KKDC) Etawah. Students were so influenced by her speech that they never use to miss her lecture.

My Journey - Continuing The Legacy

Inspired by my parents, I strive to uphold their legacy by educating the students and training along with moral and ethical values. Which is evidence by many students and parents who continue to benefit from our guidance.
From the childhood, we have seen that our parents were very committed in nurturing mind and instilling strong principles which still remains a guiding force for us. From a young age my family instilled in us the importance of education, moral and ethical values and also fine arts that is the reason i did Prabhakar in Tabla, Kathak and Vocal Music.
My mother was the Director of Swar Sangam Sangeet Vidyalaya, Kanpur which was affiliated to Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad(Prayagraj).
As I had a passion towards teaching at the age of 14 I started teaching 6-7 student who I taught till 12 standard. This Passion for teaching inspired me to make my career as teacher.

Meenu Srivastava an Educationist, Administrator and social worker for past 27 years. She started her primary education from Mariampur Senior Secondary School, Kanpur, done her B.Sc. (Zoology, Botany & Chemistry) after which she did her M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from CSJM University, Kanpur. After doing her B.Ed. and M.Ed. as interested in teaching she started her career from Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School, Kanpur as a PGT teacher for Chemistry and Biology for 16 years.
During her tenure in Dr. VSPS she worked as a Discipline Incharge, for Head of Chemistry, Biology & Physics Department. She also represented her school at many seminar held in Kanpur. She then shifted Lucknow worked as a Principal Dr. Virendra Swarup Public School for 10 years. During her tenure she brought drastic changes in the working and infrastructure of school which led the school to greater heights.
She was also the Convener for ICSE Board Examination 2023. She successfully improved student participations in class room activities to integration creative and roll playing exercises. She also implemented reading and writing workshop to improve their writing skills by collaboration with the school teacher and certain tutorial programmes.
She was the host for Zonal Level sports events of CISCE associated school of UP & UK, successfully managed the events like Volleyball, Kabaddi, Throw ball etc. She has also hosted Frank Anthony & Albert Barrow All India Inter School Competition.
She is the strong build lady with multifaceted personality.
Not only this……she participated in Mrs. India – Empress of the Nation 2024 organized by DIVA Pageant held in Pune and won the crown Refreshing Beauty among 58 participants.
Following her passion she also has started a venture known as Ma’am Ka Aachar.
What’s more ———-her love for cars prompted her to participate in Car Rally organized by Times of India 2023 and she emerged as winner bagging the title of DIVA on Wheels.
